Responsibilities: Technical Lead identifies technical design and clarifies implementation; Reviews code to ensure meet of Definition of Done. Manage team Facilitates scrum ceremonies (Daily Scrum, Refinement, sprint planning, demo/review, retro, etc.), Removes impediments; escalates to senior leaders when needed Tracks sprint and Rally release progress, results & associated metrices in Rally Familiarity with the tools supporting Agile software development (e.g. Rally, Jira, V1) Skills: Minimum 6 years of hands-on enterprise Java programming and/or React and/or JavaScript.
